With our full service marina, we welcome travelers and adventurers from the four corners of the world! Continually expanding our facility, we presently have thirty slips available with power, water and cable TV. Fuel, diesel and gasoline, is available from our 128 foot fuel dock. Entrance to the marina basin is safe and easy with a well marked channel, and protected lagoon.
Marina Puesta del Sol offers a truly unique experience with access to endless kilometers of serene mangrove lined canals. Flora and fauna abound in this beautiful nature preserve. Hike along a trail to the top of a volcanic rock ridge for an unparalleled view of the estuary. A short walk across the privately owned peninsula brings you to our exclusive beach house where you can sit back and toast the end of the day with one of our spectacular sunsets. The Pacific side of the resort boasts one of the most beautiful, pristine, and safest beaches on the countries coast.
Another day begins...
Swim in one of the two “infinity” pools, at the marina or on the beach. Surf, or boogie-board on the nice beach break in front of the “Club de Playa”, or explore the lagoon of Aserradores by tandem kayak or by guided motor boat. Saddle-up for a horseback ride through the green rolling hills, and white sand beaches. Try your hand at trolling for one of the teeming varieties of fish in the lagoon or offshore on one of our specially outfitted boats. When the first seed of an idea was sown to build a full service marina/hotel resort in a remote, pristine area of Nicaragua, we made protection and preservation of this unique natural habitat our primary concern.
